The Engine is looking for a driven and passionate Account Coordinator to join our Accounts team. This is an entry level position ideal for a Marketing, Communications or Advertising graduate looking for agency experience.

As the right hand of Engine Account Managers you will gain a strong understanding of how an agile creative agency functions, gain perspective on both the client facing and creative sides of the business, participate in daily team operations, learn and refine skills needed to become a strong Account Manager.


  • Attending and documenting internal and client facing meetings
  • Anticipate needs of Account Manager and team
  • Update our CRM (ProsperWorks) to manage new business
  • Utilize trello + slack to manage project details
  • Facilitate project wrap ups
  • Assemble client presentations
  • Coordinate and assist with contracts, proposals and NDAs
  • Participate in creative brainstorms
  • Lead creation of project status reports
  • Scheduling internal and client facing meetings
  • Assist in agency's social media + PR efforts
  • Creation of proposals, project plans, contracts


  • Experience in Marketing, Communications or Advertising internships or positions
  • Bachelor's degree in Advertising, Marketing, Business, Communications, or comparable area of study desired but not required
  • Excellent organization and planning skills
  • Deep passion to understand and guide client and team relationships
  • Initiative to self-lead in a creative team environment
  • Basic but wide understanding and awareness of ideas, topics, and crafts across the creative industry
  • Positive, optimistic and encouraging attitude
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Proficiency with Google App


This is a full-time position, with pay relative to experience.
