*Develop brand and campaign concepts
*Work across all forms of media
*Partner with designers and art directors to bring concepts to life.
*Work on multiple projects simultaneously.
*Interact with project teams to understand business objectives and audience demographics.
*Translate creative direction and copy points from creative briefs into engaging and effective concepts.
*Argue with other writers about Oxford commas.
*3-5+ years of experience as a copywriter in an agency environment
*Experience with brainstorming, campaign development, creative brief development, and creative execution.
*Exceptional writing skills, including the ability to write in a range of voices and styles for varied projects with diverse audiences.
*A solid understanding of marketing and advertising principles, trends, and technologies.
*The ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and effectively juggle diverse writing demands and deadlines.
Create conceptual brand ideas and campaigns alongside your creative partners
Execute within a client’s brand position, messaging, tone, and voice
Create clear, persuasive, and fresh copy, headlines, taglines, and calls to action for a variety of projects and clients
Create and translate strategic direction into powerful and impactful communications
4-year degree in: English, Marketing, Journalism, Communications or graduation from a Portfolio School
3-5+ years of experience working in Copywriting/Advertising/Digital fields
1-3+ years of Agency experience

Through different challenges and some creative brainstorming, we began to question if timesheets, scopes of work, oppressive project management, and change orders were actually necessary to be a successful creative agency. Turns out, they aren’t. So we’ve completely rebuilt our model and our clients and team are loving it.

Compensation and Benefits
We offer competitive salaries, a healthy benefits package (medical, dental, vision, and life), 401k with matching, PTO (vacation and sick time), and a generous holiday schedule. We are a profit-share agency, dispersing up to 25% of total agency profits to the team each quarter. Each year we strive to improve our offering and take care of our team.
